Delightfully conceived of, the massing takes the form of new urban envelopes recently formulated allowing pronounced corner buildings and a tapering down to secondary streets. It also takes advantage of a provision for cantilevering over the footpath, thus providing additional weather control at the ground, pedestrian level where shops are located.
The building form and expression is calmly composed and simply, yet finely, detailed.
